Bothe-Napa Valley State Park hides old-growth redwoods just minutes from wine country tasting rooms — a jarring and wonderful contrast that most visitors completely miss. Worth a stop if you're already in the Calistoga corridor, especially in the late afternoon when the light filters through the canopy.
