Tool Maynard's passion project pours surprisingly well in Sedona — the rotating small-batch lineup and staff who actually know the vineyards make this tasting room feel less touristy than its surroundings. Worth stopping in if you're already exploring uptown, but the intimate, occasionally uneven experience keeps it from being an unmissable destination.
