The Cup has the bones of a good local coffee shop — bright, vintage-tinged, with a latte program that keeps people coming back — but it doesn't quite distinguish itself from the strong field of cafes Port Townsend has to offer. Worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood, but not the one you'd drive across town for.
